General Information:
Ocean Breeze is a beachside hotel which offers accommodation, amenities, and services to guests. We provide booking and reservation services through our website and directly at our location.
Booking & Reservations:
Reservation Process: Reservations can be made directly via our website like to our restaurant through the booking a
service page or by contacting our reservations team. All bookings are subject to availability.
Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
Confirmation: Upon successful reservation, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Rates: Room rates are quoted in [TTD] and are subject to change. Rates may vary depending on availability, seasons, and special offers. Taxes and fees may apply and will be clearly disclosed during booking.
Cancellations & Modifications:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made [3 days] prior to the scheduled check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period may incur a charge of up to [30%] of the total reservation amount.
No-Show: Failure to check in on the scheduled date without prior notice will result in a charge for the full stay.
Modifications: Changes to your booking (e.g., dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and may result in adjustments to rates or other fees.
Check-In/Check-Out
Check-In: The standard check-in time is [3:00 PM]. Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Check-Out: The standard check-out time is [11:00 AM]. Late check-out requests may be accommodated depending on availability and may incur additional charges.
ID and Credit Card: A valid government-issued photo ID and a credit card are required for check-in.
Guest Responsibilities
Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each room is determined by the room type. Any guests exceeding this number may be asked to vacate the room or pay additional fees.
Behavior: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and follow the hotel’s policies. Any disruptive, illegal, or harmful behavior may result in immediate eviction from the hotel without refund.
Damage and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay. Charges may be applied for repairs or replacements.
Hotel Policies:
Pets: We have a pet-friendly policy. If you are being accompanied by a pet/s please contact our team to inform us before hand
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages may only be consumed in designated areas. The consumption of outside alcohol on the property is not allowed without prior approval.
Swimming Pool/Beach Access: Guests must adhere to all safety rules and guidelines while using the swimming pool and accessing the beach; signs on the beach and by the pool. Children must be supervised at all times.

Hotel Liability: While we strive to provide a safe and enjoyable stay, Ocean Breeze is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where required by law.
